Estimated annual earnings range of $78,000 AUD - $114,550 AUD, paid hourly for someone who works 25 to 35 hours on the platform each week all year.*

*Estimated earnings are not guaranteed and assume 52 working weeks in a year; actual earnings may vary due to factors such as caseload, client engagement, and conversion rates. Additionally, 11.5% of the compensation is paid to superannuation amounts.

Our Client

Tradewind is excited to partner with a new client who provide direct counselling and therapy services via online video and telehealth sessions. Our client aims to remove traditional barriers to therapy and make mental health care accessible to everyone. Established in 2013, our client has grown internationally, and are now developing their remote workforce of experienced clinicians in Australia. They have chosen to partner with Tradewind Australia to utilise our expertise in the Mental Health Recruitment sector.

Please note: Counsellors are not Tradewind employees but independent contractors.


About the Role

We are seeking licensed therapists & counsellors to join an organisation with over 30,000 therapists internationally. These are great opportunities for clinicians who are looking to supplement their income, are starting their own private practice and want additional hours, or those who want to work fully remotely with a readily available list of clients.

With the ability to control your own schedule, you can choose your caseload and increase/decrease to suit your own work/life balance. These roles are suitable for experienced clinicians who reside in Australia and have current work rights.


Skills & Experience Required

You must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for these opportunities:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years paid experience counselling adults
  • Must have your own ABN number
  • Must strictly( no exceptions) have a current valid registration and level required of ONE the below:

  • ACA - Level 3 or 4 membership

  • PACFA - Clinical membership
  • AASW - Accredited Social Worker, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker
  • AHPRA - General registration - Psychologist profession
  • APS - Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychologist member

In addition to the above, you will need:

  • A private environment for conducting sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable Internet connection
