Hipac is a respected and growing business based in Queanbeyan, and is seeking an experienced and reliable Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a high level of professionalism to a diverse and hands-on administrative role.

What You Will Receive

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + super

What You Will Do

  • Handling and directing all inbound calls; collecting client details, recommending products from our range, and providing basic quotations.
  • Processing customer orders via email, phone, and online platforms
  • Coordinating simple client requests
  • Booking couriers and managing delivery logistics
  • Liaising with freight providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional office environment
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administration tasks as required

About You

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude
  • Impeccable self-presentation and communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities
  • Competency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
