About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin & Customer Service representative to join our Projects Team in our Bowral office location. This role would suit a candidate with a background in customer service, who enjoys engaging with customers over the phone, and excels at administrative tasks that support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general support.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to gather information on current and future projects.
  • Record and classify customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Maintain and update customer records, contact lists, and sales databases.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings between prospects and sales representatives.
  • Send follow-up emails and documentation as required.
  • Support the preparation of weekly sales reports and campaign updates.
  • Assist in qualifying leads by gathering relevant information from prospects.
  • Update project status and customer interest levels in our CRM based on customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Willingness to contribute to a vibrant customer focused culture
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
