Highland Strata is a well-respected, family owned and operated Strata Management company based in the Southern Highlands. We are seeking an organised and proactive office assistant. This is a full-time position working in a friendly team environment in our Moss Vale office, however for the right applicant it may be suitable during school hours.

This is an entry level position with no previous industry experience required. On the job supportive training is provided.

Duties will include.

  • General Administrative Duties
  • Data Entry
  • Providing support to other staff members in the office
  • Maintaining electronic records
  • Attending to written and verbal communication in a timely manner
  • Assisting in preparing Meeting Agendas and Minutes
  • Arranging appointments and welcoming clients

The applicant should demonstrate the following;

  • A high standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reasonable computer skills including competency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
