About the Role
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator who brings energy and can-do attitude that matches our growing business, aligns with Team Tyree and the family values that underpin everything we do. With a natural flair for building relationships, you will be a team player, able making things happen, supporting customers and administering their day-to-day requirements. Whilst this role will suit an experienced Administrator, we will consider candidates who demonstrate the aptitude to learn and grow their skills to meet the required duties. Key Responsibilities:
· Day to day customer service administration and telephone enquiries.
· Communicate professionally with customers in administrating orders.
· Provide system generated quotes as required
· Process Sales Orders and provide Order Acknowledgements
· Manage and keep records of contract communications and documentation.
· Prepare despatch paperwork and invoice daily orders,
· Arrange transport to customer locations including overseas, co-ordination of container shipments and work with export providers to provide delivery notifications to clients.
· Record and monitor Non-conformance reports in line with customer expectations.
· Generate, coordinate, and distribute reports and other contract documentation as required by customers.
· Monitor Contract KPIs for relevant customer contracts.
· Monitor monthly production sales targets and report to CS Manager on progress
· Liaise professionally between internal sections of our business to ensure customer expectations are communicated and customer order status updates are provided on a regular basis.
· Follow company processes to see all documentation and communication is recorded and filed in line with company procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have qualifications in an engineering discipline or equivalent and be able to demonstrate the following:
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
· Previous Project Customer Service Administration experience would be beneficial
· Proven ability to organise and prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work in a high-volume work environment
· High level of PC skills, including software Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Experience working within a ERP/MRP software platform
· Positive and proactive work ethic
· Strong problems solving and negotiating skills
· Ability to work in a small team-based environment & the ability to self-manage your workload
· Previous experience within manufacturing and export & logistical environment would be an advantage.
