Lawson Elliott is excited to be partnering with a leading organization in their field who are looking to welcome in a Finance Officer into their team for a 3mth contract. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is well driven and has a willingness to develop, works well autonomously and wants to succeed in a fast-paced environment, as your role will encompass a wide variety of accounting and finance responsibilities for their clients.

Reporting to the Shared Services Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payments
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Following up rebates and refunds
  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts Receivable preparation and completion, including the mailbox
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders regarding reporting
  • Ad hoc duties as required

To be considered for this role:

  • At least 3+ years' experience within a similar role
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Experience with multiple large ERP systems
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Prior experience within high-volume environments advantageous
