**Your new role**

As a Finance Officer, you will be reporting to the Payment Support Centre Manager.

See below for more details:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for payment within the SAP system.
- Invite vendors to the SAP system.
- Oversee and approve banking details for both existing and new vendors.
- Check and post vendor invoices once processed.
- Maintain up-to-date reporting requirements in the Murray Motion cockpit.
- Provide backup support for Monthly Business Reporting (MBR).

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Permanent residence or Australian Citizen
- Ability to obtain police clearance
- Experience in a finance officer or accounts payable position
- System requirement: SAP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
