Due to sustained growth within our service division ARA Fire have an opportunity for a Client Account Manager to join the team located in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley region, with our office being at Sandgate.

The Client Account Manager oversees our larger key accounts. Developing relationships with clients while continuing contract obligations, the Account Managers role is to help our clients to maintain their operational readiness with minimal disruption.

The position is suited to a team orientated self-starter who is seeking growth and career development. This is an excellent opportunity to join ARA Fire recognised for its strong client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring mutually acceptable outcomes for both the client and ARA Fire.
  • Ensure we comply with contractual and compliance requirements of our clients.
  • Seek out value add opportunities for both client and company.
  • Managing account growth through quoted work.
  • Work with respective service divisions to ensure clients expectations are effectively managed.
  • Manage the day to day aspects of the account process.
  • Fire industry experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to meet client account requirements through an outcome focused approach.
  • Passion for building customer relationships through strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated Account Management experience with a high level of client satisfaction ideally in the Fire industry.
  • Adaptable to the requirements of our clients and enjoy working autonomously as well as in a team environment.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to prioritise effectively whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Have a strong work ethic.
