What We Are Seeking
A detail-oriented and organised Purchasing and Logistics Administrator to support our supply chain operations and ensure smooth procurement processes.
Duties:
- Purchasing Administration:
Placing orders with suppliers
Checking order confirmations and invoices
Ensuring pricing is up to date in our system
Updating price lists where required
- Order Management:
Tracking estimated time of arrival (ETA)
Following up on orders not meeting required timeframes and advise internal sales
Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities
- Logistics Coordination:
Coordinating logistics and supply chain activities
Arranging transportation and delivery of products (organising courier labels - coordinating with suppliers)
- Communication:
Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Liaising between suppliers and internal teams
- Problem Solving:
Resolving any logistical issues that may arise
Finding solutions to delivery delays or product discrepancies
Implementing process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications:
Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Fluent in English
Self Starter and able to work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in inventory management systems
Problem-solving mindset
Proficient with Excel Vlookups and Microsoft Office
PART TIME CONSIDERED IF IT CAN EVOLVE INTO A FULL TIME LATER
