The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer / Merchandiser to join our Sydney team and play a pivotal role in shaping our product range while driving commercial success.

In this role, you'll oversee sourcing, planning, and purchasing, working closely with Design, Creative, Marketing, Sales, Production, and E-Commerce teams. Your expertise will ensure our collections are trend-led, cohesive, and commercially viable for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, lead, and purchase styles that align with our brand vision.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to develop actionable buying strategies.
  • Build monthly product ranges across categories, colours, and customer segments.
  • Oversee seasonal drops, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal stock management.
  • Plan and manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory.
  • Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative on campaigns, EDMs, and promotional assets.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, providing insights to management.
  • Stay across brand positioning and competitor activity.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience as a Senior Buyer / Merchandiser in fast fashion (essential).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a proven ability to make data-led decisions.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about women's fashion, with a strong eye for trends.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Experience with the US market (highly regarded).
