About Us

QQ fashion is an Australian based importer, manufacturer and wholesaler of quality lady's garments, proudly producing locally designed clothing under our well known labels such as Filo, Silverwishes, Willow & tree, Fria to name a few.

The Role

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual basis (3-5 days per week, 8 hours per day) working Monday to Friday (flexible) on an ongoing basis.

While initially structured as a casual role, the role has potential for conversion to permanent part time/full time after 6 months (subject to performance and the applicant's visa conditions).

Your main responsibilities include but not limit to:

  • Creating new items in Reckon system for new arrival stock
  • Create packing list and issuing invoices and bills
  • Assist with BAS/IAS preparation
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Assist with internal auditing
  • Assist with payroll
  • Other paperwork assigned to you

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in accounts/bookkeeper/Production Coordinator/admin
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Clear communication skills both in English and Mandarin/Cantonese

Desirable criteria (not essential)

  • Experience using Reckon/Quickbook accounting system
