About the Role
To partake in Labelium's impressive growth, we are looking for the next superstar Senior Account Manager to join the Labelium Sydney Team.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop, execute, and oversee effective media strategies that drive client success. You will be responsible for selecting the most suitable media channels and optimising media budgets to maximise campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the client's key point of contact, manage projects and deadlines, deliver client reporting, and analyse media campaign results.
- Present weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews to the clients' teams, including campaign results, competitive data, learnings and recommendations.
- Communicate client needs, expectations & deadlines to internal management.
- Meet with clients regularly in person to review campaign performance.
Digital Media Campaign Management:
- Manage a team of account managers and media operators
- Develop overarching client strategies to ensure success across key business objectives. Create and Optimise Digital Media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Teads, Spotify, DOOH, etc..
- Be responsible for planning, organising and developing all client deliverables.
- Ensure a robust A/B testing strategy is in place.
- Track, report and analyse campaign performance, with a strong understanding of analytics and attribution problematics.
- Work on campaign pacing, adjusting budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve your client's objectives
Internal
- Work closely with our Head of Clients and Head of Strategy to develop client relationships and strategy.
- Develop processes to support the team in their day-to-day tasks.
- Take part in Labelium group cross-entity projects for your clients.
- Stay abreast of new technologies, tools, research and best practices in the digital marketing space
- Complete regular training sessions and enrol in the
Labelium Academy. - Contribute to our
Innovation Room
by sharing your latest experiments and learnings monthly with the team.
About you
We're seeking individuals with potential, not just experience. If you're enthusiastic and committed to learning, we invite you to apply, regardless of your exact background.
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
- Proficiency in using digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc)
- Being certified (Google Ads, GA4, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest,...) is a plus
- University degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A strong sense of ownership, integrity, and honesty
- Strong analytical skills
