We're partnering with one of Australia's fastest-growing creative and performance agencies—trusted by some of the country's most exciting brands in eCommerce, tech, and digital innovation—to find a
Senior Paid Media Manager
to join their team in Sydney.

If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves combining creative thinking with data-led performance, this is a role where you'll make real impact.

What you'll do:

  • Own paid media strategy and manage key client accounts across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Lead campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting with a data-driven approach.
  • Oversee budgets and performance pacing to maximise ROAS and profitability.
  • Guide and mentor a direct report, supporting their growth and output quality.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives to align messaging with performance goals.
  • Work with senior leadership to refine internal processes and implement automation.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years' hands-on experience in Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Proven track record managing large monthly ad spends across multiple accounts.
  • Experience in eCommerce or lead generation.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting performance data and driving action.
  • Some people leadership experience (mentoring or managing a team member).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Looker Studio or dashboard tools.
  • Understanding of CRO and landing page testing.
