WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...
We're looking for an organised and proactive Digital Account Manager with a Paid Media focus to join our growing team. This role is about client service and campaign delivery. You'll be the trusted day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring paid search and paid social campaigns are planned, implemented, optimised, and reported on.
You'll work closely with strategy, media, and creative teams, but also be hands-on with campaign dashboard, reviewing performance, managing budgets, and providing data-led recommendations. Understanding the buying process across digital channels is key, as you'll support clients in making smart investment decisions that deliver measurable results.
If you have agency-side experience managing paid media accounts and are confident in both client management and campaign execution, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE...
- Previous agency experience in account management or digital media
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Paid Search + Paid Social (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- An understanding of the digital media buying process
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment
