We are looking for a Internal Sales / Customer Service professional in a full time capacity here at our fun, vibrant office. This exciting role is at the center of what our company is known delivery of the best customer care in our industry.

As part of our Internal Sales / Customer Service team, you will be working alongside the best customer service talent in our industry. This vital role requires someone who is dedicated and has a minimum of 3 years of inbound sales or customer service experience under their belt. Although no electrical product experience is required, the successful candidate must have experience in previous roles where technical or detailed product information was learned, applied & communicated to customers.

  • We are an importer and distributor with a focus on business-to-business sales.
  • We source a complete range of fuse, power quality, and test equipment products from all over the world and supply them to our customers in the various electrical industries in Australia and New Zealand.

The role

  • You will join a team that is involved in providing a high level of sales, customer service and relationship management to an existing customer base.
  • The role is internal and includes answering customer enquiries, working with our technical people to come up with product solutions to fit customer requirements.
  • Other duties include quoting, following up, projects, problem solving, sales activities, supporting our BDM's on all of our product ranges.

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Be able to tolerate questionable humour
  • Initiative, self motivation and a "whatever it takes" attitude

Salary: $70k - $80k (depending on experience) + Company Bonus + Superannuation
