Academy Brand is a proudly Australian-owned men's lifestyle fashion brand, celebrated for timeless style and quality craftsmanship. We're committed to delivering premium customer experiences and are looking for a passionate and driven Part-Time Sales Manager to join our Southland David Jones team.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the team and driving a positive, service-focused culture in-store. This is a hands-on role where you'll help lead the day-to-day operations, ensure the store runs smoothly, and provide an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering genuine, high-quality customer service
  • Building strong customer relationships and encouraging return visits
  • Supporting team performance and fostering a positive in-store environment
  • Assisting in store operations including visual merchandising, stock management, and reporting
  • Upholding Academy Brand's standards of presentation and service

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong passion for retail and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and natural leadership ability
  • Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail (preferred)
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and results-driven

Availability Requirements:

  • Tuesday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Public Holidays (as required)
