Role & Responsibilities

We're looking for a House and Land - Sales Coordinator to join our well established Creation Homes Division in Victoria. The right candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager and sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves administration support, house and land package creation, maintenance and management and will have direct interaction with channel agents and land agents/developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven success in a H&L/Sales Coordinator/Admin role with experience in:

  • Creating house and land packages
  • Reviewing developer requirements and have an understanding of siting requirements and engineering plans
  • Working with marketing on suitable packages for channel eDMs
  • Sending out calendar invites for builder breakfasts
  • Representing the company at developer events and network events if required
  • Providing sales support to BDMs and Sales Manager
  • Assisting in organising sales meetings, sales agendas and circulate meeting minutes
  • Sales reporting and administration
  • Conducting general industry research i.e. competitors and/or project opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in house and land packaging
  • Experience in administration duties
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • An initiative-driven, can-do attitude (with a smile)
