We are looking for a proactive House & Land Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining land relationships, managing stock, and ensuring Carlisle's House & Land offering remains competitive, diverse, and attractive to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with land agents, developers and sales staff.
- Continuously monitor land stock levels to offer a diverse range of House & Land packages.
- Stay updated with land market trends, actively seeking exclusive business opportunities.
- Price House and Land packages, including developer guidelines, site costs, and council requirements.
- Review permit requirements for new estates and ensure their inclusion.
- Efficiently manage the Runway system, addressing issues promptly.
We are ideally seeking candidates with:
- Ideally previous experience working in a similar role, but not essential.
- Commitment to quality and providing excellent service.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong and ongoing relationships with clients.
- Organised, self- motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and meet workflow requirements.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite.
