We are seeking a driven and organised House and Land Coordinator to join our team to manage house and land packages across the West and Geelong regions.

This is a pivotal role where you will connect with consultants, developers, and estate agents to deliver tailored housing solutions that align with our Brand before Land approach.

About the Role.

As the House and Land Coordinator, you will:

* Identify land opportunities and maintain an up-to-date stock list of house and land packages.

* Liaise with consultants to provide solutions for clients without land.

* Price, approve, and update packages across various platforms, including our website, REA, and iBuildNew.

* Conduct regular estate visits and foster strong relationships with land agents and developers.

* Ensure all packages comply with relevant guidelines and requirements (e.g., site fall, easements, MCPs, site coverage).

* Support seamless communication between all stakeholders to deliver an optimal client journey.

What We're Looking For.

* Proven understanding of estate guidelines, MCPs, ResCode, building envelopes, and engineering standards.

* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with confidence liaising across multiple stakeholders.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel highly regarded).

* A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
