A prominent property group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations across a landmark commercial precinct in Parramatta. The site includes three premium-grade towers, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your new role

You'll oversee the delivery of facilities services, ensuring compliance, performance, and tenant satisfaction. This role suits someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:
  • Manage base building operations across three towers
  • Lead contractor performance and service delivery
  • Ensure WHS, AFSS, and environmental compliance
  • Drive preventative/reactive maintenance programs
  • Support capital works and sustainability initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven FM experience in commercial property
  • Strong technical knowledge and compliance focus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • Budget and contract management capability
  • A Trade or Engineering background is highly regarded, though not essential
