Join one of Sydney's fastest-growing building management companies We're seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee two prestigious residential strata buildings. You'll work closely with a Senior Strata Manager and Senior Management Team, ensuring your properties are maintained to the highest standard and residents enjoy an exceptional living environment.

The Role

As the on-site Building Manager, you'll:

  • Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and presentation.
  • Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Respond professionally to resident and committee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with your Strata Manager on budgets, maintenance priorities, and reporting.
  • Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures for the building.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in Building, Facilities, or Resident Management within a strata/residential setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and relevant NSW legislation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage contractors and multiple priorities with professionalism.
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications in building/facilities management (advantageous).
