Facilities Manager for a premium A-grade commercial asset in Sydney CBD.

Redpath Partners are delighted to be working with one of the world’s most respected real estate advisor and consultant companies who are seeking a Facilities Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of a premium asset in the CBD.
Supporting the Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee the delivery of soft and hard FM services across mechanical, electrical, building maintenance, building infrastructure, asset management, fire prevention, and other engineered services.
**Key responsibilities of the Facilities Manager will include**:
- Monitor and implement asset management daily and ensure all preventative maintenance services delivered in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines / legislative requirements and site asset requirements.
- Assist with managing and coordinating soft and hard FM services subcontractors with the Senior Facilities Manager and The Facilities Coordinator.
- Responsible for Properties hazardous materials management, hazardous materials risk, and work permits.
- Manage the client relationship with key business stakeholders.
**The Individual**:
- Significant experience gained within facilities management with exposure to both hard and soft services.
- Experience in meeting client needs within agreed timelines (SLA’s)
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Technical capabilities to understand assets involved and their life cycle management.
