**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment system
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in data entry
- Handle financial transactions and insurance claims processing
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
