We're looking for an
Intermediate Accountant
ready to step up and make an impact with a supportive, forward-thinking firm that invests in your future.

About the Role

You'll work with a diverse portfolio of operating businesses, high-net-worth families, and individuals, delivering proactive advice and exceptional service. This is an opportunity to develop your skills across compliance, advisory, and leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial statements and income tax returns across companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
  • Providing high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
  • Advising on business structuring, strategic planning, and growth strategies.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior team members.
  • Managing workflows, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
  • Staying up to date with regulatory changes to deliver the most current advice.

About You

You're a career-focused professional with a passion for client service and continuous improvement.

You'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in Australian tax/business services (required).
  • CA/CPA qualified or progressing (preferred).
  • Strong technical skills across a variety of entity types.
  • Experience in Big 4, mid-tier, or quality boutique firms (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems (Xero certification highly regarded).
