**About the Role**

Reporting to the National Credit manager, we are seeking a Credit Collection officer who can effectively ensure maximized cash flow while minimizing risk and building strong business relationships with our customers to ensure they have the best customer experience.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Cash Collection and allocation of customer accounts.
- Preparing direct debits.
- Preparing weekly credit reports.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
- Ensure that Company and department policies are adhered to.

**About you**

**What you need to succeed**
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- 1-2 Years experience in collections and AR/banking experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- An intermediate-level user of MS-Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of claims processing.
- Prior experience working in the food service industry will be highly regarded.
- Familiarity with Pronto will be advantageous.
