About the Role

As a Collection Officer / Administration Officer, you will be responsible for assisting Superior Food Services customers by recovering overdue payments, all while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicating payment dates, amounts, and setting up ongoing payment plans with customers
  • Monitoring assigned customers and managing account payments
  • Making collection calls to customers
  • Updating account status, performing data entry, and managing system administration
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting customers with queries and problem resolution
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc duties

About You

  • Experience in call centres, hospitality, retail, tourism, sales, or similar industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook (intermediate level)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • 1-2 years of experience in collections is ideal, though we are happy to train the right candidate
