We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you will be primarily looking after our Australian Airconditioning Distributors (AAD) and HVAC Consolidated businesses, while being a part of the wider Beijer Ref Group.

About your new role?

  • Allocate daily receipts (branches and EFT), manage daily banking, and perform month-end reporting.

  • Monitor and collect overdue debtor balances; oversee order release processes.

  • Process credit applications and set up new customer accounts.

  • Maintain and update existing customer account details.

  • Handle customer enquiries, investigate issues, resolve disputes, and perform general admin tasks.

What will make you successful?

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics Navision.

  • Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, high-performance environments.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (intermediate level).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships; a collaborative team player.
