- . _We are looking for an Office Administrator to work closely and report to the Office Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in the effective running of the office.

**The Role**

You will be a people person with the attitude that no task is too big or too small, and will have great attention to detail;
- Accurately processing basic and routine functions relating to accounts payable/receivable, reconcile expense receipts and data entry
- Debtor management - compile weekly reports & liaise with clients in relation to any outstanding debts
- Assisting with month end reporting and development of the monthly presentation
- Updating and maintaining internal database
- Liaise between Consultants and Clients to confirm and sign off Terms & Conditions, making sure details recorded on the system
- Identify needs and opportunities for process improvements across the business
- Manage the Contractor Payroll system - assist with onboarding Contractors, creating and updating contract documents and OHS policies to ensure compliance and run fortnightly payroll for Contractors
- Assist in data integrity and reporting via the CRM
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff
- Monitor and organise stationery supply replenishment
- Assist with all internal and external event management
- Maintain and run the office in the absence of the Office Manager
- Support Directors, Managers and Consultants on an adhoc basis

**Your Background**
- Must have experience in a customer centric working environment
- Experience using accounting software, Xero is desirable but not essential
- Attention to detail with a positive can-do attitude
- Possess intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Outlook, Excel, Office, Word)
- Have excellent time management and organisation skills, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Desire to work in a high performing and fun environment
