About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Sia Dental.

This position begins on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress to part-time (3–4 days per week). You'll be working alongside approachable dentists and a supportive, fun team where your contribution is truly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chairside assisting across a variety of dental procedures
  • Sterilisation and preparation of instruments and treatment rooms
  • Providing excellent patient care and handling appointment bookings
  • Managing phone calls, front-desk enquiries, and daily reception tasks
  • Using dental software (D4Web and D4Windows) for patient management
About You
  • Previous dental assisting or reception experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Familiarity with D4Windows is an advantage (not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, organised, and a team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Flexible to work Saturdays (Sunday availability highly regarded)
