Front Desk Coordinator – B Orthodontics Burwood East | Doncaster East | Lilydale

B Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice with a reputation for excellence in patient care and a supportive, team-focused culture. With our practice continuing to grow, we're excited to welcome a new Front Desk Coordinator to join our passionate and dynamic team.

About the Role

This role is central to creating an outstanding patient experience and is key to ensuring every patient has a positive first impression and ongoing experience with our practice.

Hours are 7:45am – 5:15pm, with the flexibility to work a 4 day week or 9 day fortnight.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients, both in person and over the phone
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries from new and existing patients
  • Managing intake and documentation for new patients
  • Liaising between patients and the clinical team to ensure smooth communication
  • Scanning and filing patient correspondence and records
  • Provide administrative support across the practice, including drafting documents, and preparing patient correspondence.
  • Supporting the Practice Manager with administrative and reception duties
  • Contributing to the smooth, day-to-day running of our busy orthodontic practice

  • Previous experience in a similar front desk or reception role (medical/dental experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A positive, team-oriented mindset — someone who enjoys contributing to a caring and collaborative environment
