Position Summary:
As the Key Account Manager for the Australia market, your role will
be crucial in expanding our footprint and driving the adoption of our EV charging
solutions nationwide. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing strategic
partnerships, building a strong pipeline of potential clients, and working closely with
cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities,
and revenue forecasts.
• Perform market analysis to uncover key trends, understand the competitive
environment, and gauge customer preferences to support strategic decisions.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure product
oJerings align with market demands and customer feedback. Lead negotiations and
contract discussions with prospective clients, ensuring terms are in line with company
goals and policies.
• Design and execute a comprehensive business development plan specifically tailored
to the Australia EV charging sector.
• Identify, engage, and foster relationships with potential clients, partners, and key
stakeholders to create collaborative opportunities.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations to educate clients on our EV charging
solutions, highlighting benefits and value.
• Stay informed on industry developments, regulations, and incentives related to EV
charging in Australia, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Travel as needed to attend industry events, trade shows, client meetings, and
partnership discussions.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or
similar advanced degree is advantageous. Strategic mindset with the capability to analyze market trends and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• English is required as the primary communication language; understanding Mandarin
is a plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently
and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to carry out the duties of the role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
• Demonstrated success in business development and sales within the Australia market, preferably in the EV, clean energy, or technology industries. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• A strong passion for sustainability and clean transportation solutions.
• In-depth understanding of EV market dynamics, charging infrastructure, and
associated technologies.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with
stakeholders at all levels
