As part of our Digital Identity & Security operations, our Cloud Protection & Licensing team are currently seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join us in Sydney. This key role will see you responsible for managing major accounts and meeting assigned growth, sales, and revenue targets.
About the Role
As an individual contirbutor, you will be responsible for managing major accounts for Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia, as well as for meeting assigned sales and revenue targets. You will be responsible for creating, developing and executing sales strategies for your assigned region and accounts, as well as generating accurate and realistic sales forecasts. RSMs are expected to deliver consistent revenue performance and growth and be able to engage at an executive level across a wide range of customer roles and industries.
You will meet assigned sales targets and quotas
You will manage, develop and grow strategic prospects and customer relationships
You will identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities in your assigned territory
You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity & account management.
You will deliver on set objectives to build business in your assigned region
You will develop account plans and provide consistent and regular updates in
You will effectively manage internal resources to promote teamwork and drive success
About You
You will ideally bring:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory
5+ years of sales experience into Enterprise and Government accounts with preference for experience selling cybersecurity solutions
At least 3+ years' experience managing major accounts, preferably in the nominated territory
Demonstrable ability to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
A business and results-oriented mindset with excellent inter-personal skills
Previous experience building key customer relationships in the Victorian market
