As our People & Culture Officer (Recruitment), you will be responsible for:
- Implementing effective talent attraction, recruitment, and retention strategies to support organisational workforce needs.
- Supporting the delivery of People & Culture initiatives, projects, and procedure improvements that enhance employee experience, workplace culture, and operational performance.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality advice, support with human resources best practice, legislation and compliance with Award.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes, systems, and data management, with a strong focus on HR Metrics reporting and building Council's capacity in this area.
- Providing administrative and operational support across a range of People & Culture activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development and organisational change initiatives.
- Assist in the delivery of key projects or milestones outlined in Council's Workforce Management Strategy, Reconciliation Action Plan and Operational Plan.
