We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Gold Coast South team. This is a vital role, ensuring we attract, train, and retain skilled and compassionate carers to meet the needs of our clients. The position is offered part-time (3 days per week) Wednesday to Friday 9AM to 5PM with the potential to transition into full-time.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for carers and nurses, ensuring compliance with Aged Care and NDIS requirements
- Oversee training, onboarding, and compliance processes
- Build strong, professional relationships with candidates, clients, and their families
- Represent Right at Home at recruitment expos, community events, and networking opportunities
- Engage with employment services and RTOs to develop a skilled casual workforce
- Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and quality improvement
This role also contributes to our supportive workplace culture, where collaboration, integrity, and service excellence drive everything we do.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of the Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care sector (essential)
- Experience in recruitment, preferably within health or community services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Confident with technology, recruitment systems, and CRM platforms
- Commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and positive team contribution
