As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in promoting our organization as an Employer of Choice and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Main Responsibilities- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure a great candidate experience
- Develop effective sourcing strategies in partnership with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and report on outcomes using metrics
- Support fair, merit-based recruitment practices that align with industry standards
- Certificate IV in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent time management
- A team player mindset that is proactive and flexible
- Part-time employment type
- 14 hours per week (Thursday & Friday)
