About the Role:

We are looking for a Retail Property Manager to join a privately-owned property group based in North West Sydney, managing a general portfolio of retail assets and small shopping centres across Western Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing portfolio in a flat-structured business with no red tape.

With strong year-on-year growth, this business offers clear succession into senior roles including Centre Manager of a larger site, Portfolio Manager, and even State Manager for the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail centres across Western Sydney
  • Oversee tenant relationships, lease administration, and ensure strong occupancy levels
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on capital works and asset planning
  • Support leasing strategy, tenancy mix, and asset performance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail property management or portfolio management is essential
  • Strong knowledge of retail leases, budgeting, and stakeholder management
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously in a fast-growing business
  • Based on-site in Castle Hill, with travel across Western Sydney portfolio
