They manage a wide variety of retail centres—from convenience-based strips to large-format showrooms—and offer their team autonomy, structure, and a real chance to grow.

Now Hiring:

Senior Property Manager

  • Lead and mentor a small, capable team of Property Managers and support staff
  • Own your own portion of a diverse portfolio of neighbourhood retail and LFR centres
  • Be the senior contact for clients and contribute to the strategic performance of assets
  • Ideal for candidates with 5+ years' experience and strong leadership capability
  • Requires a NSW Real Estate Licence + valid Driver's Licence

Property Manager

  • Manage your own group of Sydney-based retail and commercial assets
  • Work closely with senior leaders and receive support to grow and progress
  • Handle lease admin, budgeting, operations, and tenant relationships
  • Perfect for those with 2–4+ years' experience looking for a more supportive, growth-focused environment
  • Requires a NSW Real Estate Licence + valid Driver's Licence
