About the role

As a Sales Agent/Sales Assistant at First National Chester Hill, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional residential real estate services to our clients. This full-time position is based in our Chester Hill, NSW 2162 office, and offers opportunities for career development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively engage in property marketing and sales activities to drive successful transactions
  2. Conduct property inspections, prepare sales reports, and liaise with vendors and buyers
  3. Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  4. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and database management
  5. Contribute to the achievement of team and individual sales targets
  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property valuations, and industry regulations
  7. Business development and help lead generate

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in residential real estate sales essential, preferably within the Chester Hill or surrounding areas
  2. A minimum of 1-2 years of real estate sales experience is required for this position
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  5. Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a commitment to achieving results
  6. Relevant real estate qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
  7. A valid real estate licence/certifcate must be held at the time of application
  8. Familiarity with real estate software and technologies
  9. Living in close proximity
  10. Work with our current team and sales manager
  11. Second language is highly preffered and an advantage to suit our local area
