As an esteemed member of our real estate team at Ray White TJG, Rouse Hill, Box Hill & Gables, the team of Binnie Jaura, Box Hill's #1 Agent, you will actively contribute to our renowned rental team by assuming the pivotal role of Leasing Officer. Working directly alongside the property managers of Box Hill's number-one rental agency, you have the unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and foster growth within the dynamic world of real estate.

Key Duties:

• Actively liaise with potential tenants and property owners to discern their needs and preferences.
• Responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
• Facilitating the leasing process by preparing comprehensive lease agreements, conducting thorough background checks, and ensuring the accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Organising and hosting open houses, skillfully showcasing available properties to a diverse audience.
• Ensuring that all properties are presented in optimal condition for viewings.
• Assisting clients with property inquiries, efficiently scheduling property viewings, and providing unwavering customer service throughout sales.
• Managing essential administrative duties, including overseeing client databases, preparing meticulous property listings, and organising documents integral to sales.
• Collaborating closely with our property managers, leveraging their expertise to gain a profound understanding of the intricacies within the real estate profession.
• Maintaining regular and proactive communication with clients, ensuring timely updates on property listings, market changes, and other pertinent information.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possessing a year of prior experience in real estate is preferred for this role, but not a must.
