As a Sales Associate working directly with Binnie Jaura, Box Hill's Number One Agent at Ray White TJG, you will play a vital role in supporting our esteemed real estate sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting for potential clients and assisting with various ad-hoc duties related to real estate sales.

Key Duties:


• Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, nurturing leads and building relationships within the community.


• Client Support: Assist clients with property inquiries, schedule property viewings, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.


• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as managing client databases, preparing property listings, and organising sales-related documents.


• Open House Assistance: Prepare and host open houses, ensuring properties are well-presented and ready for showcasing to potential buyers.


• Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to the sales team.


• Collaboration: Work closely with Binnie Jaura, leveraging his expertise and experience to learn the intricacies of the real estate profession.


• Negotiation Assistance: Support the negotiation process between buyers and sellers under guidance.


• Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on property listings, market changes, and other relevant information.


• Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of contracts, agreements, and paperwork associated with property transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:


• At least one year of experience as a Sales Associate in real estate.


• Motivated, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills.
