About the role
We're seeking a capable and motivated Applications & ICT Support Officer to join our small, high-impact IT team. In this hybrid position, you'll support both the technical and business-systems sides of our operations, providing reliable ICT support to staff across Australia and our international office in Cyprus, while maintaining and improving key systems such as Greentree ERP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate workflows.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning how systems enable business processes, and improving how technology supports people. It's suited to candidates with solid IT experience looking to expand into ERP, reporting, and process improvement, or to business, finance, or operations professionals with strong technical aptitude who want to move further into IT. What matters most is your ability to connect the dots between systems, data, and the way our teams work.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day ICT support across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Manage user onboarding and offboarding, accounts, and access permissions across systems.
Support and administer the Greentree ERP, including user setup, troubleshooting, configuration changes, and maintenance of in-built report writer outputs and Jade queries.
Assist with data and reporting tasks using Excel, ODBC connections, and other business-intelligence tools.
Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint Lists, supporting internal systems such as NCR and Incident & Hazard registers.
Maintain and monitor the IT Helpdesk and other internal ticketing systems.
Maintain ICT systems, backups, and asset registers to ensure reliability and security.
Document systems and business processes to build internal knowledge and improve consistency across departments.
Collaborate with the IT Manager on continuous-improvement, automation, and reporting projects.
We're looking for someone who has:
2–4 years' experience in ICT support, ERP administration, or business-systems support.
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
Working understanding of Windows 10/11 environments and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
Practical Excel and reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about how technology enables business processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
*Experience with Greentree ERP, Power Automate, Power BI, or awareness of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android platforms is highly regarded but not essential. Experience with extracting and analysing data, particularly via ODBC connections or similar tools, as well as a basic understanding of databases (SQL) or Linux environments, will also be considered advantageous.
