We are seeking a motivated and results-driven NDIS Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the disability services sector. The successful candidate will develop strategic relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive enrolment of participants under the NDIS framework while maintaining high standards of compliance and ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the NDIS sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, local area coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Promote and market the organisation's NDIS services to generate referrals and participant engagement.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies, including outreach, networking, and presentations.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery that meets participant needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all NDIS regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Achieve business growth targets and KPIs as set by management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the NDIS or disability sector.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, pricing, and participant journey.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Working with Children Check and/or National Police Check clearance.
