About the role

As our Technical Project Manager – Grow Initiatives, you'll lead small to mid-sized technology and business projects that make a real difference for RACGP members and staff. Working across Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other digital platforms, you'll coordinate delivery teams and vendors, champion agile practices, and collaborate with product owners, platform leads, and stakeholders to turn initiatives into successful outcomes. This is your chance to shape RACGP's digital future and create lasting impact.

As our Technical Project Manager – Grow Initiatives, you'll also:

Maintain integrated project plans aligned with RACGP's transformation roadmap.

Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues with timely escalation.

Ensure operational readiness with documentation, training, and smooth handover.

Champion inclusive leadership practices and contribute to talent development.

Skills & Experience

5+ years in digital/technology project management.

Skilled in agile delivery, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience across CRM, ERP, HRIS or similar SaaS platforms.

Strong budget, reporting, and risk management capability.
