Job Title: T+D Project Manager

Location: Melbourne

Your Role

  • Project Planning & Delivery: Lead planning and delivery of high-voltage transmission and distribution projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, technical standards, and commercial goals.
  • Contract and Procurement Management: Oversee procurement and contracting processes, ensuring that agreements meet project requirements, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Technical Coordination and System Support: Provide technical expertise to ensure project outcomes meet industry standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Tender Development Support: Support scheduling, cost estimation, and tender development processes for effective program delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, productive work environment by working closely with project teams, driving successful outcomes.
  • Support Business Growth: Identify and pursue potential business opportunities in the energy sector, contributing to proposals that highlight our capabilities.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) or equivalent
  • Proven project management experience in the energy sector, particularly with power systems projects
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with a knack for collaborating with diverse project teams
  • Solid understanding of technical and commercial aspects related to energy projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in business development, including proposal contribution and opportunity identification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel interstate or regionally as needed for project and business requirements
