Do you like a fast growing Logistics family business environment?

Do you want autonomy to manage accounts payable and receivable from processing creditor invoices through to creditor payments and raising debtor invoices and following up payments all through Xero.

Do you understand or have exposure to Logistics and understand how warehousing and transport work?

Have you been exposed to management of fixed assets through Xero?

We are a rapidly growing (controlled and profitable) family business involved in the Logistics arena. Established at the peak of Covid we have grown to manage and control warehouses in a number of states in Australia. We have significant brand named clients and long term contracts and relationships.

We have grown from spreadsheet based systems (Excel) to Xero and are looking to employ, on a full time basis a HIGH quality Admin/Accounting person who is happy getting their hands dirty and meeting our day to day processing requirements....

Reporting to our newly appointed CFO we as a company are looking for quality staff who want a future in a growing business.

We are considered a SME (small to medium enterprise) turning over 7-10m per annum, we have outgrown part time employees and external support structures.

We have a responsibility to compliance and accuracy and need someone who gets the need to be in that environment to complete our team. There is plenty to do on a day to day basis but we need a person skilled and qualified (life and work experience is also a qualification) who is driven by outcomes and has pride in what they do.

Situated in the Dandenong South / Keysborough area we are looking to fill this business critical position as quickly as possible but we want the right person.
