CosmaxNBT is seeking a motivated and ambitious Accounts Payable Officer for our Finance Department

ABOUT THE ROLE

CosmaxNBT Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria. As a full-time role, the Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for supporting the finance department through operating the day-to-day AP function by providing financial, administrative and clerical assistance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner by reviewing B/L, PO, GST & tax compliance, cost centre and approval authorisations.
  • Processing payments (weekly AP and other) including foreign currency payments.
  • Bank reconciliation and other reconciliation including supplier statement, corporate credit card and more.
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities including FX translation on AP.
  • Assisting with year-end audit and tax related tasks (IAS, BAS, FBT and ITR).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience in operating SAP accounting software (FI and MM modules).
  • Understanding in import invoices involving freight, custom, GST and FX matters.
  • Experience in Manufacturing or freight-forwarding industry.
  • Fluency in Korean or Mandarin / Cantonese (desirable).
