About the role

We are looking to add an admin to our team. This is not an established role; we need a problem-solving person to help set-up and run the day-to-day activities of this role. The responsibilities include

  • Bookkeeping & data entry
  • Payroll & compliance
  • Answering phone
  • Scheduling
  • Admin & financial reporting.

About you

  • Enthusiastic and love a good challenge
  • Can commit to this role for a minimum of 2 years
  • Have experience with Xero
  • Minimum 6-12 months of bookkeeping experience or Cert IV in accounting.
  • You are a permanent resident.
