About the Role 

We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our team full-time. You will be the first point of contact for guests, manage switchboard calls, provide administrative support, and assist sales and admin teams to ensure smooth dealership operations.

  • Answering/redirecting calls and promptly relaying messages

  • Greeting and assisting our guests upon arrival

  • Maintaining the office area

  • Providing administrative support and general office duties

  • Handle vehicle registrations

  • Prior registration experience – highly regarded

About You 

We're looking for someone who can bring:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Professional presentation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Experience in the motor vehicle industry is preferred but not essential.
