Position: Casual Medical Receptionist
Location: Hervey Bay Employment Type: Casual
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Manage appointment bookings, patient records, and scheduling.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Support the team with general administrative and reception duties.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a medical or customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Confidence using office software and medical management systems (Best Practice experience is a plus).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude.
