Position: Casual Medical ReceptionistLocation: Hervey Bay Employment Type: Casual
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment bookings, patient records, and scheduling.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Support the team with general administrative and reception duties.
- Previous experience in a medical or customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Confidence using office software and medical management systems (Best Practice experience is a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude.
