Expression of Interest – Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant (Hervey Bay, QLD 4655)

We are expanding our team and invite expressions of interest for the role of Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant at our Hervey Bay clinic. The role will be for two shifts per week.

Key Requirements:

  • Availability across Monday to Saturday.
  • Availability for call in shifts as required.
  • A valid driver's licence is essential, as minimal travel may be required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in administration or allied health.

  • Scheduling and managing appointments.
  • Handling payments and managing patient files.
  • Supporting the chiropractor and coordinating with off-site teams.
  • Maintaining a clean and professional workspace.

  • Preference for applicants with experience, but it's not essential.
